The School Day
Children should arrive in school no earlier than ten minutes before the start of the school day, i.e. 8.35am. There will be no supervision before this time.
8.45am Morning bell for children to line up and come into school
8.50am Registration and start of the day activity - learning starts straight away
10.30am Morning break
10.45am Break ends
12.00pm KS1 Lunch break
12.10pm KS2 Lunch break
1.15pm Lunch break ends for all
2.30pm Afternoon break KS1*
3.20pm End of day
Total school week is 32.5 hours.
*KS1 staff take a 10-minute break with their class in the afternoon. In bad weather children are allowed into school as they arrive and stay inside school at break and lunch times.
We are a healthy school. Please support us by purchasing a class reading book that can be shared instead of cake and sweets. This website has lots of great books suggested.
