Applications for a place at Hayfield Primary School have to be made through Derbyshire County Council.
The application process is very simple. You can apply for a place online at admissions.transport@derbyshire.gov.uk or by ringing Call Derbyshire on 01629 537479. To appeal a place please see this link https://www.derbyshire.gov.uk/education/schools/school-places/appeals/appeals.aspx.

You are welcome to register an interest with the school and we would always advise that you come in to meet us, have a tour of the school, tell us about your child and allow us to answer any questions you may have.
