Complaints Procedure
Have a concern about our school?
We operate an open door policy and promise to listen to you and deal promptly and effectively with any issues you raise. You can see your child’s class teacher at the end of most days if you have any concerns, worries or complaints to make. If you feel that your issue has not been dealt with satisfactorily, please make an appointment to see the Headteacher, who will see you at her earliest convenience.
