PTA meeting

A PTA meeting is held every half term, and is open to all parents and carers to participate, along with the core elected officers of the PTA and a school representative.

An agenda will be published in the week prior to the meeting, along with the minutes of the previous meeting. Meetings start at 8pm and aim to be over by 10.30pm.

Additional agenda items should be notified to the PTA two weeks prior to the meeting, by emailing hayfieldschoolpta@gmail.com

We look forward to having as many parents as possible join our discussion.

The PTA meeting is held at a committee member's house. If you don't know whose turn it is to host please contact the PTA at the email address above.
